Sounds like an autoimmune condition, but you actually have to see a physician to find the answers to these questions, not anywhere on the internet. See if you qualify for low-cost medical care (I am assuming that you can’t afford medical insurance, otherwise you would have been to the doctor already). Get it checked out, & good luck!

that is strange! it could be the sudden change in weather. i had the issue for loss of appetite too once but it goes away
