Maybelline has said it does not test its cosmetics on animals but it may, however, test its ingredients on animals.
Neutrogena is a cruelty-free company, their parent company, Johnson & Johnson is NOT.http://www.geocities.com/rainforest/2062…http://www.leapingbunny.org/color.phphttp://www.leapingbunny.org/lip.phphttp://www.leapingbunny.org/nail.php

Dont test on animals
I can say with confidence that a great cruelty free is Urban Decay and Hard Candy. I looked for maybelline and neutrogena and you may have to contact them (Which I did for maybelline and am awaiting an answer, ill let you know if i find out) but usually if they don’t say they don’t (Like UD and HC) then they usually try not to test on animals unless it is “neccessary”
