I adore makeup! adore to be an artist.. though many beauty schools go by the routine of guidance hair as well as Im not in to that…so help..also we live in NC if which helps..

There are schools that teach only make-up. Some schools that teach hair will also have a make-up only program. I’m not aware of any in NC, but there’s a list at the link.
