It depends on the school, and the type of student your are. No one has old copies of the actual board exams, some people sell books of practice questions that they make up. These help but are no substitute for learning the material in the first place.
Take the MBLeX exam if you can. It is much fairer. It is being accepted in many states and if it isn’t in your state yet find out when it will be. If you can’t get out of taking the NCBTMB you should be able to pass if you do good in school.

most good schools have batteries of old tests you can review. if yo pay attention in school, the test is doable

Insultingly easy. I didn’t study at all and passed with HIGH in all categories,

Depends on how well you studied. I used MassagePrep.com and thought that the practice tests on there were harder than the real thing.
